The Long Beach Early Childhood Education Committee (LBECE), a partner of Heluna Health, promotes high-quality early care and education for children up to age five in Long Beach through collaboration among educators, caregivers, and local organizations. LBECE works to expand resources, build provider capacity, and ensure all children grow up healthy, safe, and educated.
